Support Groups
All of the Hope Center’s Support Groups are provided for FREE, and are open to the public. The groups meet on a weekly schedule. The groups are led by trained Peer Support Group Facilitators, individuals who have been affected by mental illness themselves.
You are welcome to come and participate in the support groups as much or a little as you’d like. The groups are low-pressure, and full of understanding people who are willing to work through similar mental health issues together.
Below you will find a list of all of the current ongoing support groups.
